Gave us a estimate for $1,700 to do a repair on our 5 year old service van. They took it all apart and gave us a call saying some bolts were broken and we needed to spend an additional an $7,000 and by the way they won't put it back together and we still owe for the entire total. Its dishonest poor thieves like this that make service industry so untrust worthy.

Took 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment! Unreal, and the service-bay employees are the least friendly people I've experienced with a dealer...ever!!! Go somewhere else!

I have bought multiple vehicles from them over the years and have always been happy with my deal and how I was treated as a customer, highly recommend! We took our 2021 Lincoln Corsair to Park Ford. We were having problems with the RR Tire Pressure Sensor System and our vehicle was displaying no pressure reading for that wheel. This place lies about service...!! I just wanted to update my review of this dealership and the work that I had done i now realize I was extremely overcharged for the work and made to feel like I was getting a good deal they were even so kind as to make sure they could get me on some type of credit program so they could get as much money as they could out of me and take into account when I first showed up to the dealership to pick my car up that service guy Larry told me the bill I had on my phone that the dealership sent me was not correct it was actually $1,700 they were kind enough to somehow remove over $500 in charges that they had.. now ask yourself what could have possibly happen to Warrant that much money and then just be able to wipe it away very strange and if you're an owner of a company you're being charged for things you don't even know about because if I wouldn't have asked I would have been charged for that.. if I would have just handed over my card without talking without asking. And realize big company owners if you have a fleet account you could be losing thousands and thousands of dollars every month for nothing for repairs you don't need but they want to have done so they can get paid for it ..you would do yourself a benefit to have your secretary call around and see about other accounts at different dealerships and if you're a small person keep your wallet closed and go somewhere else they will not care they only want as much as I can get from you customers are only as valuable as the money they can spend not as the Loyalty they give to this place and yes I did speak to the service manager and someone from the dealership and nothing was done other than a conversation and a we're sorry not even an offer to help fix it cover part of it or do the right thing and replace what your mechanic broke while fiddling with the spark plugs not only did they overcharged me extremely but they damaged my heater core hose and do not want to fix it I would not recommend this place if you're going here now you should reconsider call Ganley Ford or other surrounding dealerships they are giving much better deals on purchases and repairs. If the dealership does make this right and satisfy this mistake I will update this post and let everyone know I only give honest reviews and if they are willing to do something about it but later I will let everyone know

Never take your vehicle to Park Ford for service unless you want to leave with more issues then you had before you dropped it off. They will make mistakes and then try to force you to pay for a diagnosis to determine exactly what they have done wrong. Maybe they just don't want the chance to create more problems with your vehicle. I personally would give them 0 stars.

WOW! We are on a road trip. Everyone here was really friendly. We were able to get a free shuttle to and from the hotel. Larry was so helpful making sure we got our car fixed quickly. Our car is now safe and we are back on the road!!! My 8 year old really liked their play area, especially the amazing kid car rollar coaster!

My experience with Park Ford delivery, drop-off service process was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor from start to finish, and there was never a clear or definitive timeline. The replacement parts were not ordered until after the vehicle arrived at the shop instead of being ordered in advance, and some of the parts that were arrive were incorrect. I received conflicting information from different staff members, making it clear that no one was on the same page. I was told my vehicle would be delivered on one day, but it wasn’t delivered until eight days later. I was then told it would arrive Tuesday morning, but it wasn’t delivered until Wednesday. At no point was I given accurate updates, a reliable ETA, or proactive communication regarding delays. The lack of organization, planning, and customer communication made this a frustrating experience. I expected much better coordination and professionalism.

We are a company that relies on short downtime when our vehicles need service. The mobile service and vehicle pickup/drop-off are game changers. Working with Heather and Matt we get great service, and quick turnaround. Highly recommend Park Ford for your fleet vehicle service needs based on my experience.

This was our first experience with Park Ford and it won't be our last. Francis and Tracy have both been with Park for many years. No games like other dealerships! No high pressure sales. Park had more inventory than any other local dealerships put together. The Escape we purchased is exactly what we were looking for. I took my vehicle in for a recall repair and for a 19-point inspection. All of this was done fine. My complaint is that on the service ticket I asked them to address a wild noise rattling sound when the vehicle is being driven. They did not do this and when I picked up the vehicle the older gentleman that checked me out refused to put it back on the rack stating that he was garage was full and he didn't have time for me. Unfortunately you didn't do what I asked you to do with my vehicle and now thanks to him I'm driving a potentially unsafe vehicle 230 mi a week because that's what I do for work. Have to now scheduled to take it into another garage and take time out of my busy schedule to sit there and wait for someone to do it. And what worse is I have to pay for something they could have did while they already had it. So it will be at least $100 to determine what is making the noise under the front end. I was told by another garage that my frame was cracked but the Ford employees at the service desk insisted their mechanic would never miss such a thing and again just refused to put it back on the rack to ease my mind. I will never be back nor will I ever buy a vehicle from this dealership that is very terrible customer service. I understand that my service wasn't paid but you had my vehicle and you just simply didn't follow the directions. If you wanted paid for it, you could have simply called and said ma'am I will be a charge for that. But none of that occurred. Just simply did a quick 19-point inspection looked at it, did my recall and pulled it out of the garage. I don't have a lot of time off with my work schedule and this just irritates me to no end that the problem is still not diagnosed.

They then said to send a $500 deposit before they would send paperwork to be signed (but they never mentioned how to send it or who to send it to) then a few minutes later they say they sold the van to someone else… No communication. Makes no sense, time and money wasted, plus mine and my husband credit was ran *several* times for no reason?? They will destroy your credit without a care in the world because it doesn’t affect them. If you don’t care about your customers or about doing fair business, don’t be in business. Their reply to this review shows you their only priority is themselves.

I love Fords mobile service and have used it several times. It is convient for my busy work schedule. I was also able to schedule right away which was nice.

If you’re looking for no bs then this is the dealership you want to be at. Fair price from the get go. All the staff from salesmen to managers and owner are straight forward.

Service experience with pick up and drop off was worth it. The service rep/advisor was fantastic.

My company bought 4 vehicles from Park and I've had issues with service with the latest being with a fuel door for my Transit. This last winter broke the fuel door so I thought I'd wait until it was ready for service and have them replace that while changing oil, so I called to have them order it and waited 2 weeks to check in where I was told it basically wasn't in yet that they'd be in touch, well another 2 weeks went by and I called again, this time they acted as if I was calling for the first time with no record of this order, so again she said let me check into it and call you back, this time I received a message saying they found it and it would be $609 to install. I ordered it from Amazon for 40 bucks and installed it myself, it literally took me 10 mins. This is the sole reason I will not be using Park.

They made the buying process so easy. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted and they were ready to assist us. This dealership made me enjoy buying a car again, THANK YOU!!!

If you enjoy the thrill of leaving your truck in a parking lot for a week just to see how much dust it can collect, Park Ford is the place for you. I brought my 2022 Ranger in for a hard-shifting issue multiple times, and I’m convinced their "repair" process involves just staring at the truck until it feels awkward enough to fix itself. Hint: It didn’t work. They tried to make it right but the issue persists. The Highlights of My Experience: The Battery Drainage Program: They kept my truck so long without touching it that the battery literally gave up on life. My Ford app started sending me "low power" distress signals like my Ranger was stranded on a deserted island. I didn't realize a "diagnostic" included a mandatory multi-day nap for my alternator. The "Hot Potato" Strategy: The service advisors are world-class athletes at passing customers around. I was shuffled from person to person like a nuisance at a DMV. I wasn't looking for a pen pal; I was looking for a functioning transmission. The "Expert" Gaslighting: Being told a hard-shifting issue is "fixed" multiple times—only for it to happen again before I even leave the lot—is a bold choice. It’s not "fixed" if the truck still shifts like a tectonic plate during a 7.0 earthquake. I took the same truck to Klaben Ford. It took them exactly one day to figure out I needed a new transmission and get it approved. One day. It turns out, when you actually open the hood instead of just staring at the bumper, things get done! Verdict: Go to Park Ford if you want to test your patience and your battery life. Go to Klaben if you actually want to drive your vehicle I did go on a test drive with your technician to demonstrate the hard shifting and scheduled a appointment, the car was returned to me with the same issues unresolved. I ultimately took the vehicle to Klaben Ford, where they diagnosed the problem and installed a new transmission. While I understand there are protocols to follow, the fact remains that the issue was only fixed once I sought service elsewhere."

Buyer Beware. I bought a used Ford mustang Mach e from them. When I got the car I asked them to look at brakes because they didn't feel right. They ended up replacing everything in the back, rotors, and calipers and machined the front rotors. I had to pay for the brakes. Then the 12v battery died. It was never checked or replaced. Now it tax season. Found out they priced it just outside the tax credit. Go somewhere else.

I would not buy a used car from this place, I spent $35000 on a vehicle, without noticing after it was purchased although the Carfax said no accidents, there was a repair to the drivers front fender and repaired, has to be done again because of poor workmanship, nearly one month after purchase it would not start, the battery was dead, pulled battery to find out Park Ford replaced it 3 months prior, when I notified them they denied it was replaced, but it clearly has a sticker on it from United Auto Parts addressed to Park Ford, the starter was bad and I had to replace the starter and battery, then find out the MGU is bad and needs replaced, which is on back order although it’s a warranty item, I even reach out to the owner and got not response. I have purchased many vehicles and never has a sale rep handed me the keys and not filled the vehicle up with fuel, this alone was a warning sign in itself. Very disappointed in this Dealership.

Proper communication from Matt would have been great. First accepting the vehicle after I informed them of the issue then learning the part was not available was frustrating because I could have taken the car somewhere else. Also I learned this information only after my car had been there 2.5 days. Then I was told the part would be there 10am that Friday and I only received a text update after I requested an update after 230pm only to learn the part had not been received. I didn't hear anything after that text only to find out they would be closed the weekend which no one bothered to tell me. Also, when they sent over the video of my exam of my car the technician reviewed my car and stated my blades was fine but that information was/is incorrect as my driver side blade has been shredded for over a month. Lastly I left two voice messages with the Service Director on Friday January 30th and Monday February 2nd and I have yet to receive a telephone back.

Each time you call it’s a new excuse or them acting like they don’t know what they said. Owner is arrogant and unhelpful on the phone. Brand new cars off the lot have issues that should have been addressed if a proper PDI was done. Issues could have been caught if the car was actually detailed prior to pickup too. Don’t count on your brand new car being very clean when you take delivery the detail crew will leave more smudges and finger prints on the car than clean spots. The list goes on. Absolutely do not recommend Park Ford. I have had Fords my whole life and my experience with Park Ford will make me switch to another brand. The only Decent person I dealt with here was Gary in the sales. Gary if you’re reading this it was a pleasure to do business with you. Maybe your coworkers and bosses can take note on how to speak to their customers and serve them when issues come about.

I bought a truck from Gary today and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Good people at this place. I’m changing my review. After two days my engine light came on. The dreaded P0446 it and it had been cleared from the module prior to the sale. Which is kinda shady. I’d recommend bringing your own scanner or taking it test emissions. Fast forward two months and I’ve been in and out of shops spending countless days trying to fix the issue and it’s still not solved. So no I no longer recommend this business as a reliable source for your automotive needs.

They rejected to do any work on my van because of ages and mileage (2011-330k)so don’t waste your time with this nonsense policy

Mike Anderson hooked me up today with 25 Ford Bronco Sport. Very personable and easy to talk to. Great Experience. Was greeted outside before even making it into the dealership. Gave this place 4 stars. Would have been 5 had the gas tank been filled a little more. Had an hour and 40 min drive home on a qtr tank of gas. Don't take your car for repairs to park ford most unreliable shop I have ever seen my car has been In Shop for transmission for 3 weeks not even been touched now today I get a message after several no response texts that the are reordering the parts so I honestly don't believe they was ever ordered. My new E-350 was coming up due for it's first oil change. I called Matt the fleet manager three times and left two voice mails and never received a call back. I scheduled a oil change through the regular service department and it was set for 11:00. This is an employees work vehicle and had to take time off the jobsite to get it in. I received a call back two and a half hours later telling me they couldn't complete the oil change that day and I could leave it overnight or bring it back tomorrow morning. I asked when it would be done the next day and they couldn't give me a time. I called the service manager Jeff Davis and never received a call back. I've never imagined a department could be run this terrible. I wil be taking my vehicles elsewhere for service after this experience.

Don't go here, tons of liars. One tech said I need $2500 worth of work, another said I need $900. Who is right or who is being lazy? They "drive the truck 10-15 miles" but the odometer doesn't reflect that. Did they lie or change the odometer? According to the shop, they also think clearing a check engine light and driving the vehicle 2 miles is enough for the computer to reset and bring back the code. That's something new I've never heard before. Find somewhere else to do your vehicle work and get charged less in labor costs also. Update: I still haven't received any help from the dealer to resolve anything. I've left unreturned messages and I've given up trying Update 3 months later: I did return the phone call that the reply is referring to and never received anything back. And the part they said was fixed isn't fixed. It is still leaking steering fluid.

Horrible experience at Park Ford when I had my shocks replaced last Friday, June 13. Driving out of the parking lot the car began to vibrate and I heard terrible noise coming from the back end. I turned around and pulled back into the garage. As I explained to the manager what was happening, the mechanic drove the car back to the bay and we both witnessed the rear wheel wobbling. It was clear that the wheel was about to fall off. Had I not turned around and driven right back into the garage, I could have caused a collision, possibly rolled over or had a severe accident. The mechanic was negligent and never did a test drive after he “completed “ his work. The manager apologized, said this should never have happened, and told me his manager would call me by Tuesday, June 17, with a refund. To date, this has not happened. I have purchased my last 2 cars from Park and often had repairs and routine maintenance done there, but will not be back and warn others to stay away from this dealership.

I had a unique experience with Park Ford. I purchased a vehicle several months ago but have only put about 3,000 miles on the car, a lot of which were put on driving back and forth from the dealership. I purchased a car from them and was extremely happy at first. The next day the car began to have issues and the team was extremely helpful and was able to look at the car and provided me a loaner car. I came to pick the car back up and the car had a few more issues. The dealership ended up taking the car back which I was very appreciative of. A few weeks went by and the car was up for sale again and I was still interested in the car. I called my salesman and he told me the car was put back to factory and was all original. I came to pick up the car and was again excited to bring it home. When I took the car to emissions testing in Pennsylvania the computer was not ready to be tested. I put about 900 miles on the car to complete the drive cycle and nothing worked. I also found out that the car was NOT put back to factory because it had cheap aftermarket catalytic converters installed. The salesman told me it was “all original.” It was not. After many calls, voicemails, and emails, I was finally able to get ahold of my salesman and he said there was nothing they could do. I asked to talk to the manager and he didn’t believe me that the car had aftermarket catalytic converters so I emailed him a picture. He quickly returned my call and had someone come pick up my car and provided me with a loaner. Their service department supposedly just did a drive cycle and the car was ready to be emissions tested. I’m not sure what I did incorrectly within my 900 miles of driving, but it seemed to work with them. My car was returned and it passed emissions in my state. However, the aftermarket cheap catalytic converts were left on the car and developed an exhaust leak. After a few more miles the car gave a check engine light for the catalytic converters. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of help and lack of responsibility for putting on non original catalytic converters. I am now left to deal with the issue myself after only 3,000 miles. I understand I purchased a used car, one with only 10,000 miles, however, I believe this issue should have dealt with since I was given false information about the car when purchasing.

Really terrible experience. Apparently the new guy isn’t properly trained, so we thought we purchased a vehicle over a week ago and we’re ready to pick it up, to find out it was sold to someone else. I’m really glad I called to confirm before we drove 7 1/2 hours to get there with for nothing.

2 Issues... 1 resolved after a few calls, the other, still waiting for response. 3 bald tires on a vehicle with only 25,000 miles on it. Hard to believe that Ford would let this happen.

Took 6 days to repair my vehicle.
